Arturo Reyes

Arturo Reyes Cisneros is a cybersecurity executive and entrepreneur with more than 18 years of international experience in network security, governance, and cyber risk management. Throughout his career, he has led and contributed to security initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia, working within complex global financial environments. He currently serves as Executive Director and Global Network Security Leader at a major Wall Street firm, where he oversees critical functions including Network Security Operations, SRE & Observability, Policy & Governance, and Incident Management & Response supporting global operations. Originally building much of his career in North America and now based in Hong Kong, Arturo brings a global perspective to cybersecurity strategy and operations. His professional interests include Zero Trust Architecture, AI driven security operations, and the emerging field of quantum resistant security. He is also the founder of a Montreal based MSS (managed security services) company focused on scalable and modern cybersecurity solutions. Outside of his professional work, Arturo enjoys cycling, playing guitar, and capturing moments through photography while traveling and exploring different cultures around the world.
